FEBA Multi-Shafted Lathe Slitting Systems

The FEBA Multi-Shafted Lathe Slitting Systems were designed for high production slitting of adhesive and non-adhesive tapes, non-wovens, roofing materials, foam tapes, and similar materials. The Multi-Shafted models can be equipped with two rotating shafts with one or two slitting blades or four shafts with a rotating turret & the automatic loading/unloading of the materials for a non-stop working cycle. These high production slitting systems are only available as a Level 4 version which comes standard with AC brushless motors for X & Y carriage displacement, OMRON 10" Color Touchscreen, sonar & laser technology, automatic Blade 'AXIS' angle adjustment, automatic blade holder positioning system & the automatic pneumatic shaft holder device. A variety of material diameters and widths can be slit on these machines along with available options like the automatic front door lifting device & the semi-automatic or fully automatic log loading/unloading device. Standard and "special" machines are available to suit the customers specific converting application.
